Heartlinks ABA is hiring for in-home ABA therapy roles across North Carolina. You will provide ABA services to children under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing programs and teaching skills to help children meet functional goals.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion for in-home ABA therapy.
• Commitment to consistent, reliable transportation and valid license.
• Ability to work under BCBA supervision.
• Criminal background check will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals for children.
• Track progress using data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
