Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our in-home and hybrid team. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director and Clinical Director with over 20 years of BCBA experience.

You'll develop and monitor instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains, train staff on programs and behavior plans, and collaborate with a dedicated, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills are essential.
• Proven ability to work well in a treatment team and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services in-home and in the community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Collaborate in a team with supervision from leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community. BCBA will be supervised directly by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.
• Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Providing staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Applicants well-suited to this position will be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and work well in teams.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields
• Current BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills
• Established management skills
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
