Golden Care Therapy is an ABA therapy provider delivering home-based services for children with autism. We seek ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team under supervision of a BCBA. Earn a $250 sign-on bonus, with $25–$35 per hour pay and a flexible, part-time afternoon schedule (2pm–8pm).

We offer ongoing training, tuition assistance, growth opportunities, andCentre opportunities across the East Coast. Join a supportive team focused on meaningful impact and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with ASD.
• Use ABA strategies per treatment plan to increase functional behaviours.
• Collect and submit data via electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communications with families, supervisors, and administration.

Responsabilités

• Deliver in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to clients with ASD.
• Implement treatment plans and track progress.
• Document data and clinical notes accurately.
• Coordinate with BCBA supervisor and families.
