Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Norton, MA. You will provide ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders, supporting their growth and independence.

You will work with families under supervision of a BCBA, develop and implement treatment plans, collect data, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain progress notes. Training and professional development are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 0+ years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or ABA therapy; training provided for those without experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for in-home therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral and skill deficits.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of therapy sessions and progress updates.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance ABA techniques and best practices.
