Job summary

Kiddo Educational Services is seeking a Behavior Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home, school, and community settings within ~30 miles. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and follow safety protocols.

Minimum availability is 15 hours/week with weekdays evenings; driving within 30 miles is required. Training and supervision are provided as part of ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/BA/BS preferred but not required).
• Interest in psychology, education, behavioral health, childcare, or special education preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within approximately 30 miles between client service locations.
• Comfortable working in home, clinic, school, and community settings.
• Maintain professionalism, appropriate boundaries, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with autism and developmental delays.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA using ABA strategies.
• Collect and record session data accurately.
• Complete documentation, session notes, and time tracking promptly.
• Follow behavior support, safety, and crisis protocols as trained.
• Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and team members.
