A dedicated team in behavioral services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This role involves implementing behavior treatment plans and providing in-home, clinic, and school-based services. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or special education is preferred.
• Experience working with kids is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior treatment plans as written by the clinical supervisory staff.
• Collect data on a daily basis.
• Train caregivers to implement the behavior plan.
• Attend meetings regarding client's behavior services as necessary.
