Job summary

KB Behavioral Health Professionals, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Bruceton, TN. You will work with a BCBA to implement in-home ABA care, providing one-on-one support to families to help children learn new skills and reach milestones.

The role involves in-person intervention in home/community settings, data collection, and weekly supervision by a BCBA, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent.
• Experience working with children and a passion for working with children with special needs.
• Must have an active CPR Certification.
• Must be willing to become RBT certified within specific time frame.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting and community.
• Collect and record data on child behaviors.
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst.
• Attend team meetings.
