WonDIRful Play seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician RBT to deliver in-home, community, or daycare-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes accurate data collection, implementation of individualized plans, and compassionate client interactions.

The position is part-time and requires the ability to transport to various settings in Aurora, IL, with competitive pay and ongoing training opportunities available based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move frequently during sessions; valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families
