Job summary

Common Ground Learning, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to serve in Mountain Home, ID. You will deliver in-home ABA therapy to children, following BCBA plans and recording progress data.

You’ll work one-on-one in clients’ homes, participate in supervision sessions, and join team trainings. Requirements include a 40-hour RBT training, CPR (preferred), and a passion for helping children with special needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• CPR certification preferred.
• RBT certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy to children.
• Follow BCBA-designed behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision with BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
