Job summary

Common Ground Learning, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our Boise, ID team. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to support development and daily life skills.

Role involves in-person sessions in Boise and surrounding areas; scheduling varies for FT (30+ hrs/week) and PT (<30 hrs/week). Compensation ranges from $18–$25 per hour with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or recognized.
• Experience working with children is essential.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Completion of the 40-hour Behavior Technician training (required).
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training; active certification not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

40-hour BT training

RBT training (40-hour course; active certification not required)

CPR certification (Preferred)
