Job summary

Common Ground Learning, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated RBT to join our Mountain Home, ID team. This in-person role works one-on-one with children in their homes, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with a typical day from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM and pay ranging from $18 to $25 per hour. Training and supervision are provided, with benefits for full-time staff and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• RBT certification preferred, not required.
• Completion of the 40-hour Behavior Technician training (required).
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
