Job summary

Compleat Kidz is hiring a Part Time BT/RBT for in-home ABA services in Roxboro, NC. You will provide services to an in-home learner, Monday–Friday from 8am–11am, under the supervision of a BCBA to build communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Perks include a new hiring bonus, $17/hour base (or $20.50 for RBT), +$2/hour for in-home sessions, paid mileage, and cell phone reimbursement; full-time benefits including PTO and paid holidays are available

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and complete session documentation accurately.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach and reinforce skills during natural routines in the home environment.
• Travel to client homes to deliver services as scheduled.
