Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in their homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and help children communicate and gain independence.

The role offers after-school hours, part-time scheduling, and opportunities for RBT training, BCBA supervision, tuition assistance, and ongoing CEUs through VBU.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home travel.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field or in progress.
• Ability to work independently as part of a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Implement and monitor ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data and track progress, updating treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with families to ensure skill carry-over at home.
