Job summary

Vibrant ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children across Colorado. This role offers paid training, ongoing clinical support, and a flexible schedule to fit your availability.

You will work 1:1 in client homes, implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with supervisors and families. RBT certification is required or actively pursued; onboarding includes training and support toward certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred or actively pursuing certification.
• Experience with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living.
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress.
• Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule.
• Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
