Job summary

Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking caring individuals for in-home, part-time ABA support roles. You will work 1:1 with children, building communication, social, and daily living skills through structured activities in the child’s home, clinic, or school.

Sessions last 2–3 hours, with a flexible caseload based on availability. Entry-level candidates and certified RBTs are welcome. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and growth, with supervision, ongoing training, and

Qualifications

• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for working with children.
• 6 months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities is a must.
• Candidates with an RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification.
• Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Sociology, Biology, or related field.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Reliability and a willingness to work with a variety of clients

Responsibilities

• Delivering one-on-one behavior support through fun, individualized activities
• Implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting and recording data on client progress accurately
• Communicating regularly with families to provide updates and support
• Participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision sessions
