Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking passionate, driven individuals for the role of Registered Behavior Technician. The position supports in-home ABA therapy for children on the Autism spectrum, working 1:1 under BCBA supervision.

Pay is dependent on experience, with benefits including orientation, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting sessions, and coordinating with families and care teams to maximize skill development in

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 12 semester hours (or 48 semester hours) of college coursework completed or currently enrolled in a degree program.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification (BLS American Heart Association) required.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray as applicable per state/client requirement.
• Ability to effectively elicit/provide information via strong communication skills; English proficiency may be required.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follows the instructions of the BCBA/Program Supervisor.
• Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients.
• Work with clients, families, and communities to implement client treatment plan.
• Complete and document session per policies and procedures.
• Attend and participate in any in-service training.
• Uphold & follow the ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Playtime is learning time, so having fun is expected as well!
