Headway Services in Bloomfield, NJ seeks an ABA Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) to provide in-home, one-on-one therapy for a 3-year-old client. You will work Monday–Friday evenings, delivering therapy based on BCBA plans while maintaining precise progress data.

This role emphasizes patience and empathy; prior ABA experience is helpful but not required. RBT certification is preferred, and collaboration with families reinforces skills at home and supports daily living growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans
