Job summary

Cove ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-person ABA therapy for children in Forest Hills, NY. This part-time role involves working 4:00pm–6:30pm on weekdays, 10–15 hours per week, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour.

You will work under a BCBA supervision, collecting data, following intervention plans, and participating in team trainings, with opportunities for RBT certification and career growth in ABA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Active CPR certification is preferred; RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/school.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
