Compass ABA Therapy is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver one-on-one therapy to children with autism in home or community settings. Afternoons/evenings in Queens Village, NY, 15–20 hrs/week, $25–35/hr.

The role emphasizes building communication, play, social and daily living skills with supervision by a BCBA and data collection to guide treatment. This part-time position offers growth opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; college preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and onboarding requirements.
• Active movement, standing and play-based activities.
• Experience with children or autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Technician.
