Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services, supporting children with Autism. You will deliver evidence-based interventions, track progress, and collaborate with our clinical team to implement care plans.

This role emphasizes flexibility, part-time hours, and the opportunity for advancement within a thriving ABA organization. Training is provided as needed to ensure quality care and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and be passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and maintain family engagement.
