Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide in-home ABA therapy grounded in naturalistic, child-led approaches, with hands-on training and professional growth opportunities.

Join a supportive team and contribute to meaningful client progress in diverse settings. This position emphasizes data collection, collaboration with supervising BCBA, and maintaining a positive, client-centered environment in homes

Qualifications

Must have or obtain RBT certification within 14 days.
Pass a background check.
Availability Monday–Friday preferred.
Minimum 15 direct billable service hours per week.
Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, community, or clinic.
Implement treatment and behavior plans designed by supervising BCBA.
Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainings.
Communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
Maintain confidentiality and client-centered care.
Support a safe, engaging therapy environment.
