Job summary

Kids Club ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy. You will work closely with children and families to support skill development and positive behaviors in everyday environments.

The role involves implementing BCBA-created plans, collecting data, and coordinating with the clinical team. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• Strong communication, patience and genuine passion for helping children.
• Dependability and willingness to learn and collaborate with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes and other approved settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Support communication, social, daily living, and other developmental skills.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established treatment protocols.
