Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized intervention plans and collecting session data in clients' homes.

The candidate should hold an active RBT certificate, have experience with autism, and communicate effectively with BCBAs, educators, and families. Weekend availability and flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and crisis management techniques.
• Strong adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to situations.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with BCBAs, educators, and school staff.
• Experience with AAC and functional communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Behavioral Support & Intervention in clients' homes.
• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
