Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States. We seek a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one interventions in clients’ homes under supervision by a BCBA.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBAs and school staff, and ongoing participation in ABA training. Weekend availability is required; in-home and center-based settings offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with students with autism and other developmental disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies, ABA principles, and crisis management techniques.
• Strong adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to shifting student and classroom needs.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with BCBAs, educators, and school staff.
• Experience with AAC and functional communication (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
