Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Entry-Level to Certified RBTs to support clients in the Piketon area. Roles focus on one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, with paid training and opportunities to advance within a dedicated clinical team.

These part-time positions offer Same Day Pay, flexibility, and a pathway to BCBA supervision or schooling through partnerships. No minimum case requirements and referral bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate about children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Ability to work in clients' homes or community locations.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
