Job summary

Heartland ABA in Piketon is seeking Registered Behavioral Health Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community-based locations. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and immediate access to earned wages after clocking in and out.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, hold a high school diploma, and possess RBT certification or are pursuing it.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
