Heartland ABA in Ohio is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. Part-time positions with flexible schedules and Same Day Pay reflect our commitment to your time and needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
