Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver in-home ABA therapy in the Denver, CO area. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, and collect data to measure progress.

Strong communication with families and the clinical team is essential. The role requires current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided), and a commitment to working with children in home settings.

• Reliable transportation required to travel to in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavioral interventions and collect data to track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support parent training goals and communicate with families and the clinical team.
