Job summary

Aba-Journey is seeking an experienced Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) to join our team. We deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, school, and clinic settings, implementing plans laid out by a BCBA and tracking progress with families and teammates.

The role requires reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour for a 25-hour work week at our Atlanta, GA location.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy experience or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
