Job summary

Aba-Journey in Adel, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We provide evidence-based ABA services to children, with in-home, school, or clinic-based therapy.

You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to support client success. 25 hours per week with competitive hourly pay between $24 and $30.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
