Achievements ABA Therapy in Covington, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under supervision. You’ll support children and families in home and community settings, collecting data and reporting progress to the BCBA team.

The role offers competitive pay of $25.00-$30.00 per hour, paid time off, college reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development and advancement as an RBT and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsabilités

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions using ABA principles.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to report progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records to monitor client progress.
