Heartland Behavior is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community settings, recording data and supporting skill development.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
