Job summary

Heartland ABA in the United States seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their individual goals. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services under supervision, contribute to skill-building plans, and help families implement strategies at home or in community settings.

The role is part-time, requires an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a patient, compassionate approach to working with children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
• RBT certification is required before working
• Need to Know Services will be provided in clients homes or in community based locations
• All positions start off part time
• Looking to hire candidates who are willing to make a 6 month commitment to change our clients lives

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families
