Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in client homes and community settings, implementing skill-building plans and maintaining accurate session data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Ability to maintain patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
