Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and work with our clinical team to implement care plans.

No experience? Paid training is provided. This part-time opportunity offers flexibility, immediate pay options, and the chance to contribute to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
