Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred; 2026 compliant 40-hour training acceptable.
• Experience with children/autism/ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver ABA therapy.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions utilizing ABA.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Communicate with analysts and coordinators for reporting progress.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain records.
