Job summary

D&M Behavioral Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as W-2 employees to provide in-home ABA therapy in Plantation, FL. You will work directly with clients in their homes, collecting data and following programs designed by a supervising BCBA to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential in good standing.
• Active Medicaid provider ID with an associated NPI.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in their homes under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data during each session to track progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to achieve goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
