Cultivate behavioral health in Florida is hiring a Behavior Therapist to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy in Coral Springs, Margate, and surrounding areas, Monday through Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm. You will collect data, implement Discrete Trials and Natural Environment Teaching, work with a BCBA, and support children’s goals.

Education: high school diploma or college degree; RBT certification required, with training provided. Dependability and a positive attitude are essential.

Formación

• Experience in childcare, healthcare, or mental health preferred, but training provided.
• Ability to pass background and drug screens.
• Excellent reliability and dependability.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill data during sessions.
• Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and related methods per the Behavior Support Plan.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to implement ABA procedures.
