Job summary

D&M Behavioral Solutions is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as W-2 employees to provide in-home ABA therapy in Plantation, FL. Pay is $20 to $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential in good standing
• Active Medicaid provider ID with an NPI linked to it
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients in their homes to implement ABA programs
• Collect data during each session for BCBA review
• Maintain a consistent schedule for families
• Collaborate with caregivers and team toward shared goals
• Receive ongoing training and supervision from BCBA
