The Behaviorists in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision. You will work across home, school, clinic, or community settings to implement treatment plans and collect data.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have a high school diploma, and can pass a background check with CPR certification. Travel to client locations is required, with a strong focus on collaboration with families and

Formación

• Active RBT certification from the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or ASD/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR certification.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Behavior Plans designed by the BCBA to help clients develop skills and manage behaviors.
• Direct one-on-one client interaction in home, school, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately and timely.
• Support skill development in communication, social, daily living, and academics areas.
• Use de-escalation techniques to handle challenging behaviors safely.
• Train parents and caregivers with strategies to reinforce skills outside sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, therapists, and families for consistent interventions.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and company ethics.
