Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home-based therapy. Work with a collaborative team to deliver evidence-based services.

You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, collect progress data, and help families monitor and support skill development. A respectful, growth-focused environment awaits.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client’s progress
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
