Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Whiteville, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. This part-time role offers hands-on experience under the supervision of a BCBA, with emphasis on data collection and personalized client progress.

You will collaborate with BCBA and BTs, develop materials, maintain confidentiality, and participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
