Job summary

Blue Jay ABA in Fuquay-Varina, NC is seeking enthusiastic BTs and RBTs for in-home ABA therapy with children who have ASD. You will implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision and deliver one-on-one sessions in clients' homes, collecting data and adjusting strategies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
• Collect and record data on client progress by using electronic data collection software
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress.
• Develop/create teaching materials and visuals
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
