Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC in Sanford, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA interventions for children with ASD. You will work with licensed analysts to implement individualized plans and collect data to track progress.

The role requires BACB RBT certification, a high school diploma, and experience with ASD. The position offers flexible scheduling and a collaborative work environment in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or similar populations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to individuals with ASD in a home-based setting
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment decisions
• Collaborate with licensed behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavior modification techniques to increase desired behaviors and reduce problem behaviors
• Communicate effectively with caregivers to ensure successful implementation of the therapy plan
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy sessions
