Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Rincon, GA is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician to join our in-home therapy team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, daily living skills, and behavior reduction.

The role offers flexible scheduling (20 hours/week) with pay between $25 and $32 per hour, plus benefits such as continuing education credits and professional development assistance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.
