Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA in Blackshear, GA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills, while collecting data and maintaining strong family partnerships.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, with experience with children and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.
