Job summary

All About ABA, LLC in Georgia seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering one-on-one services in clients’ homes.

This part-time, in-home role requires RBT certification and a high school diploma; ASD experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedule, health and dental benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
