Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community sites, implementing evidence-based interventions and collaborating with a robust clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
