Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. The role supports independence and positive behaviors, with a strong clinical team backing you.

All positions start off part-time, with paid training provided and opportunities for scheduling flexibility. You will work under supervision to help children with Autism achieve their goals and receive same‑day pay after clocking in and out.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
