Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.

This role offers part-time hours with flexibility to fit your schedule. RBT certification is required before working; a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
